Joanna Naugle, ACE is a television and film editor BASED IN BROOKLYN.

She is best known for her work on FX's THE BEAR, for which she won two Emmy Awards, two ACE Eddie Awards, and two BFE Cut Above Awards. Her other television work includes RAMY (Hulu), BIG MOUTH (Netflix), 2 DOPE QUEENS (HBO), SOME GOOD NEWS (YouTube) and specials for various comedians including John Mulaney, Roy Wood Jr, Phoebe Robinson, Chris Gethard, and Ramy Youssef.

Her film work includes MOLLI AND MAX IN THE FUTURE (SXSW 2023), MUSTACHE (SXSW 2023), BEFORE YOU KNOW IT (Sundance 2019), KATE CAN'T SWIM (Slamdance 2017), and Y2K (SXSW 2024). She has also edited branded work for clients including Coca-Cola, Reebok, YouTube, Atlas Obscura, Sephora, Vevo, and Vice.
